Privacy Notice
This notice explains what happens to personal data you send through this website. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data
[CONTROLLER LEGAL NAME]
[STREET ADDRESS]
[POSTCODE, CITY, COUNTRY]
[COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER, if any]
Email: [CONTACT EMAIL]
2. What this website collects
This site is a single static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Reading it sends us nothing at all.
The only way it collects personal data is the contact form, which asks for:
- your name
- your email address
- the message you write
We ask for nothing else, and we collect nothing in the background.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
We use what you send solely to read your message and reply to it.
The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us — and, where your message concerns a possible quote or order, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, being steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not use your details for marketing, we do not build profiles, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Who else sees it
Formspree. The contact form is delivered by Formspree, Inc. (United States), acting as our processor. Your name, email address and message pass through and are stored on their systems so the message can reach us. Formspree also records technical data such as your IP address for spam prevention. Their privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Our hosting provider. [HOSTING PROVIDER] serves this site and, like any web server, keeps short-term access logs that may include your IP address.
We do not sell your data, and we share it with nobody else.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Formspree is based in the United States, so submitting the form transfers your message outside the European Economic Area. Formspree relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers. If you would rather your data did not leave the EEA, email us at [CONTACT EMAIL] instead of using the form.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, and for up to [24 months] afterwards in case you follow up. After that it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- ask what we hold about you and receive a copy (access)
- have inaccurate details corrected (rectification)
- have your data deleted (erasure)
- restrict how we use it
- object to our use of it under legitimate interest
- receive it in a portable format
To exercise any of these, email [CONTACT EMAIL]. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to a data protection supervisory authority — the one where you live or work, or [SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY FOR YOUR COUNTRY, with link].
8. Security
Traffic to this site and to the form is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information — health details, identity document numbers, payment details — through the form.
9. Children
This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date.
